UQUICK Help Center
Help for registration, internal UQUICK numbers, direct messages, push notifications, installation, and appearance settings.
How do I create an account?
Open the application homepage, select registration, and complete the required fields. Registration must be enabled by the owner. Your internal UQUICK number is generated automatically.
Can I use my UQUICK number as a phone number?
No. It is an internal identifier and does not connect to mobile or landline networks or receive standard SMS.
How do I start a conversation?
Use the new conversation action, enter the other account’s UQUICK number, and open the direct conversation. The server checks discoverability, messaging preferences, and blocking rules. There is no separate message-request inbox.
How do I enable browser notifications?
Sign in, open Settings, and press the notification activation button. Allow the browser permission when prompted. HTTPS, Service Worker, Push API support, Composer dependencies, and VAPID configuration are required. Some devices require installing the PWA first.
Why are notifications not arriving?
Check browser permission, device notification settings, internet connectivity, push subscription status, HTTPS, and the owner’s server configuration. Push delivery cannot be guaranteed while a device is offline or its operating system blocks notifications.
How do I enable Dark Mode?
Open Settings and choose Dark, or select System to follow your operating-system preference. Select Dark Navy, Deep Black, or Soft Dark for the palette.
Does UQUICK use WebSockets or E2EE?
The Hostinger shared-hosting setup uses HTTP polling for active-page updates. This release does not claim WebSocket transport or end-to-end encryption.
