UQUICK Terms of Use
Terms for using the UQUICK private web messaging service and internal account identifiers.
1. Service description
UQUICK is a web-based messaging service that uses internal identifiers beginning with 013. These identifiers are not telephone numbers and do not provide calls or conventional SMS.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and providing accurate account information. Do not impersonate others or use the service for fraud or abuse.
3. Direct conversations and privacy
Users may open direct conversations when the recipient is discoverable and the recipient’s message settings allow it. Blocking, contact-only restrictions, and anti-spam limits remain enforced. There is no separate message-request approval inbox.
4. Content and files
You remain responsible for content you send and for having the right to share it. The service restricts file types and upload sizes and may limit harmful or unlawful material.
5. Availability
Availability depends on the hosting provider, database, network, and browser features. Active-page updates use HTTP polling in the shared-hosting edition. Web Push is optional and subject to device support and configuration.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided as available. It is not an emergency communication service or a substitute for traditional telephone services.
