UQUICK Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about UQUICK accounts, notifications, dark mode, privacy, and installation.
Are UQUICK numbers real phone numbers?
No. They are internal identifiers that work only within the UQUICK platform.
Can I message someone directly?
Yes, when that account is discoverable and its messaging privacy settings allow you to start a conversation. Blocking rules are always enforced.
Will browser notifications work when the site is closed?
On supported browsers and devices, Web Push can deliver notifications when the page is closed. The device must remain able to receive push messages, and operating-system settings may affect delivery.
Can I mute one conversation?
Yes. Mute a conversation for one hour, eight hours, one day, or until you manually unmute it.
Can I use UQUICK in Dark Mode?
Yes. Choose Dark, Light, or System mode and select a dark palette in account settings.
Are messages end-to-end encrypted?
No. This release does not implement E2EE. Messages are stored on the service server.
